Day 1 – Saturday
Arrival & check in after 3 p.m. & Welcome Bag
Day 2 – Sunday
Welcome to Borgo Pianello. Take your time to relax and enjoy a real Italian Lunch.
Day 3 – Monday
Cooking Class. Head into the kitchen of the Borgo with Chef Stefania for your first hands-on cooking class. Work alongside Stefania to prepare some of the most popular Bologna’s dishes: HANDMADE PASTA : TAGLIATELLE, RAGÚ ALLA BOLOGNESE SAUCE , TORTELLONI AND FIOR DI LATTE. Aperitif & Lunch (appetizer, first course, main course, dessert and wine tasting included).
Day 4 – Tuesday
Cooking Class. Work alongside Stefania to prepare some innovative green dishes: BRUSCHETTA TOSCANA, PASTA ALLA CHITARRA, CANTUCCINI COOKIES and much more. Aperitif & Lunch (appetizer, first course, main course, dessert and wine tasting included).
Day 5 – Wednesday
Morning: 3 hours of Italian language class. Lunch or Dinner : Neverending PIZZA .
Day 6 – Thursday
Morning: 3 hours of Italian language class. Dinner time is FREE .
Day 7 – Friday
Morning: 3 hours of Italian language class. Afternoon: Dinner in Gourmet Restaurant.
Day 8 – Saturday
Check out at 10 a.m and departure.
